Vivere il Presente: Un Omaggio a Peter SavilleUniversità IUAV di Venezia

The project is developed from an in-depth analysis of Peter Saville’s personality and approach to graphic design. This initial phase was carried out through the study of books, videos of his interviews, and films from the era, in order to understand the peculiarities of his visual and creative language.
Inspired by his technique of combining visual cues with sensory codes, the poster invites both visual and material interaction, sparking curiosity in the viewer. The decoding of the message is possible through an editorial product that provides the interpretive key, or alternatively, through a QR code that leads to a dedicated website.
The project represents an invitation to live in the present freely, reinterpreting Peter Saville’s artistic legacy with a design that enhances materials and the relationship between content, form, and medium.
