Competing Projects 2025

ImpercettibileUniversità IUAV di Venezia

We want to tell a different story through photography: one that explores the reality between the conscious and the unconscious, where we are both masters and slaves of our thoughts. Imperceptible is a photographic exhibition at the museum Un Terzo that delves into the world of sleep through a unique visual interpretation. The photographs capture ephemeral moments and elusive dreams, exploring the boundary between reality and the unreal, the conscious and the unconscious. To create a surreal atmosphere and emphasize the evanescent nature of sleep, the photographs have been reworked using a scanner and a series of decomposition techniques; even the choice of paper highlights these characteristics. The catalog does not include page numbers; it unfolds chronologically from the moment we prepare to go to bed until the moment of awakening.
