“Living the City” tells the Pinqua project, part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, which is itself included in the European framework of Next Generation EU.
The research focuses particularly on the impact that this widespread intervention is having on the municipalities in the Italian metropolitan cities, concentrating on the relationship between city centers and suburbs, in order to develop a narrative that places living in the city at the center.
Living, in this case, is understood in a broad sense, referring to the daily interactions between citizens, with particular emphasis on the spaces available to the community, services, and social spaces. In this direction, the case study of the redevelopment of the Roman neighborhood Tor Bella Monaca is explored.
