48pp brochure design for Cornish property developers Legacy Properties. Beautifully finished, using Fedrigoni stocks. Main consideration for my entry, despite being an individual sole trader, I encouraged the client to produce an extremely high-end finish, pushing for the best we could produce for their budget. The brochure along with an extra 40pp brochure (not shown), housed in a handmade box, was sent to the International Property Awards as their entry & helped towards them winning ‘Best Residential Development’ award.

Cover – silver & blue foils to front & spine, blind embossed, K- Bind, KolorEdge blue foil to page edges. Due to the nature of the finish/small quantity, the cost per unit was £41.86 just for printing alone, which shows the value myself & my client place on investing in quality finishes, to sell high-quality properties.
