The secondary packaging of the collection ‘I giaridni Medicei’ was developed to bring to mind ancient books, with their own covers, guardians of precious notions. The essences are enclosed, protected and preserved in this symbolic packaging. Materica Limestone paper was chosen to recall the colour and materiality of ancient papers probably originally used for labelling apothecary products.
The label design recalls symbologies and frames that are part of the brand’s heritage.
