Nino Negri embodies the essence of ‘heroic’ and authentic viticulture, the pure expression of Valtellina. Each wine in the ‘Vigne di Montagna’ project comes from a meticulous selection of suitable vineyards, which tell of the unique terroir of this valley.
Here, the sandy and loamy soil of the terraces, hard and steep, offers extraordinary conditions: it is not rare to see, in fact, the roots of the vines going directly into the cracks in the stone.

The project highlights the characteristic aspects of this difficult territory, highlighting the stratification of the rocks that influence the wine product; an ‘archive’ of overlapping layers that narrate the phases of creation and development of Valtellina and its mountains.

The visual proposal is expressed on Fedrigoni Sirio Pearl Ice White paper, ‘tactile’ and suitable for fine workmanship, enriched with rough ‘rock’ varnish replicating the effect of stone, with darker tone-on-tone shades.
