Echoes from the rockiesNicolas
“ECHOES FROM THE ROCKIES” is a project by photographer Nicolas Seurot. It features a series of landscape photos taken in five U.S. states in the fall of 2023: Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, Nebraska, and South Dakota. The series highlights vast open spaces, as well as portraits of a cowboy family on their land. Nicolas Seurot’s work is characterized by a pictorial style very close to romantic painting or engraving. Fedrigoni papers play an incomparable role in supporting and conveying the unique texture of his photos. The printing is done in France on ESCOURBIAC’s presses, with the finishing handled manually.
