PLANT-BASED COOKING (The BASICS Plant-based & THE DISH Plant-based)MINESTRONE COOKBOOKS

Plant-based cooking is no longer hype. It is a movement in traction to eat more consciously, with a view to our health, avoiding animal suffering and protecting the climate. Together, veganchef Pieter-Jan Lint and culinary photographer Tony Le Duc are launching the ‘plant-based cooking’ book concept, consisting of a trilogy in the making. In 2023, they published the book De Basis Plantaardig. (the basics plant-based) In 2024, the second book Het Gerecht Plantaardig (the dish plant-based) will be published. Next year in 2025, they will complete the trilogy book concept with a third title. The three books will then be collected by means of a case in a linen box printed with golden lettering.
