The label is a minimal object, often ignored or removed, but with a key function: to inform and identify. In clothing, it communicates material, care instructions, size, manufacturer, and brand identity, speaking in a concise and direct manner to the customer.
TAGS is a thesis that explores the history of the label, its role in the identity of garments, and its intrinsic value for the brand. Considered a graphic artifact always linked to other objects, the label is highlighted through an online database dedicated to historical or iconic examples, enriched by an exhibition and a photographic editorial.
