Italy is known all over the world for the enormous variety of culinary proposals in which different influences are mixed, fruit of its history rich in different cultural contaminations, but it is generally identified through dishes that have become stereotyped and mainstream.
As young Italian citizens coming from different territories, we feel obliged to preserve the culinary, artistic, experiential and cultural heritage that makes Italy a unique country in the world and, in order to contribute to its dissemination and better knowledge, we have thought of this sensory experience that through regional or local dishes and products allows you to discover even from home the small treasures that our territories hold and can show us in full if you decide to visit them.
