The editorial project narrates the sustainability report of the prestigious University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo. Compact format, exposed Swiss binding, sustainable and recyclable paper. Open source fonts, vector illustrations, and content optimized for inclusive reading. If the project talks about sustainability, it must be sustainable in its entirety. And so it was. The cover of the project is made of Sirio Color paper to avoid using abundant colors but to convey the vibrancy of the actions undertaken by the university.
