Birrificio BadalàDario Frattaruolo Design
The communication strategy for the labels of Birrificio Badalà was clear and consistent. A fresh and colorful concept surrounds this line of 7 craft beers. To differentiate each label, abstract designs ranging from optical art to 3D geometries were created. The labels are printed on self-adhesive Sirio Pearl Ice, whose reflections enhance the brightness of the colors, making them more “brilliant.” For the top seals, Mineral self-adhesive paper was used, ideal for temperature fluctuations. The common features across all labels include the brand logo and the beer name, which are treated with a special rough varnish for a sandpaper-like tactile sensation, using tools provided by neuroscience for consumer interaction. The drops above the logo are all of different colors and are treated with raised UV spot varnish.
