In 2022, the University of Padua celebrated 800 years of history. An anniversary rich with national and international guests, to discuss research, disseminate science to the general public, and come together to renew the values of freedom on which the university is founded.
The book is the story of a six-year journey, articulated in multiple actions that involved the entire academic community: from communication to event organization, from the creation of new museums to scientific conferences and popular science books. A testimony to fix the memory that becomes the distinctive mark for future generations.
From the definition of the format to the recursive, metallic, and iridescent graphic sign, from the original illustrations that open each section to the choice of lettering, every detail is curated to visually narrate the different actions and convey the passion and vitality with which the celebrations were experienced. Printed in 800 numbered copies.
