A Real Estate project in the centre of Milan, an exclusive location where sophistication blends with art, design, fashion and innovation. An exclusive restaurant with a rooftop view of the Duomo, a reserved membership club and prestigious rooms that express the contemporary elegance of the most sophisticated Milan.
For this project, a book with a strong metropolitan imprint has been created, characterised by a sober, essential but impactful graphic design, inspired by night colours with sudden flashes of light and colour. A format that enhances the purity of the style to embellish material suggestions and elegant chromatic accents that are never over the top. Special attention was given to the paper composition, with fine finishes, embossed effects for the logo and a refined binding. Inside there is a discreet and elegant pocket that holds the plans.
