Molisana - Tenace Fasoli Riccardo
This book tells the story of the Ferro family that started with the first mill and now owns the ‘la Molisana’ pasta factory. A volume with a protective sleeve encapsulates the tenacious spirit of a family celebrating 100 years of its product, in a fine binding with a raw cut cover and cloth spine. Tradition and innovation are narrated on pages that alternate a texture that enhances the brilliance of the photographs with others that recall wheat fibre.
