‘Vaniglia Gourmet’s ‘Experience Box – An Epic Journey’ is designed to offer customers, mainly confectioners, a complete sensory experience. At the centre of the box are three vanilla pods in ampoules and four products including pastes and pearls in round boxes, all in specially designed cases. This allows the salesperson to present the entire production range in an engaging way, allowing the customer to smell, touch and understand the qualities of the products. The box also includes a 20-page browsable catalogue for in-depth product descriptions. The aim is to transform the simple sale into an experience that enhances vanilla, the company’s core business, and to create an emotional connection with the customer, thus facilitating the decision-making process and leaving a memorable memory of the meeting.
