‘Amaro del Re’ was born from the legacy of a Thomas Gimlette recipe from 1900, reinterpreted with the addition of Verbena that evolves the character of the bitter, making it more complex and refined. The label embodies this evolution with a design that combines tradition and innovation: a mosaic motif, with embossed details, gives depth, making the product three-dimensional to the touch. The lion detail represents courage and determination to face change, while floral elements add a delicate touch, symbolising balance and harmony. The use of Fedrigoni ‘Specchio’ metallised paper enhances the label by playing with the natural brilliance of the substrate to catch the eye with faux foil details. This combination of materials and processing not only reflects the soul of ‘Amaro del Re’, but also enhances its history, making it a work of art that celebrates the courage to reinvent oneself without ever losing its roots.
