The name of this Fiano from Tenute Bellamarina recalls the Greek word for ermine, a sinuous little animal with a white coat that symbolises purity. Bringing these suggestions back into the botanical world, we have developed an illustration that graphically synthesises the caper flower which, with its white petals, its simple elegance and the tenacity of its bush, evokes the values of the Salento territory and the natural processes at the origin of this product, an organic wine awarded the IGP label. The specially made die-cut gives shape to a label cut obliquely into two staggered portions that also divide the flower into two parts, the upper one characterised by a braille relief that offers pleasant tactile sensations and the lower one in cast gold that confers preciousness and luminosity. The choice of a natural paper enhances these effects and emphasises the genuine and environmentally friendly nature of the product.
