The passion for the land and dedication to the production process are values we have placed at the center of the packaging and naming creation for this Valdobbiadene DOCG “sui lieviti” made for Caberlata by Diego Simoni.
To achieve this, we drew inspiration from the philosophy of the FIVI winemakers, a movement Diego is part of, where the Independent Winemaker takes care of every stage of production, from the vineyard to the glass, carrying out a daily commitment to preserve, protect, and promote the territory of origin.
Every detail of the illustration, inspired by the style of Treviso playing cards, tells the story of a passion that begins at sunrise (“Bonora” in Venetian dialect), capturing the essence of this constant commitment and representing the tireless work of the winemaker.
