It is an unbound book inspired by origami whose cover is a fold and whose pages are movable. Stored and protected in a kraft paper pouch, it is an object that has been created with a particular care in all stages of its manufacturing. The design of this book is the result of a research conducted to make the ideal cookbook. A space-saving book and a very convenient object, with which we don’t need to force the pages to keep it open. These pages can be magnetized, placed, stuck.
