Knappe Kiste - Finger weg vom Snooze-ButtonAID Berlin GmbH

The magazine “Knappe Kiste – Finger weg vom Snooze-Button” was created as part of the magazine design course of the fifth semester at AID Berlin. At the beginning of the semester, the students were given the task of conceiving, designing and producing their own magazine on the subject of “Last Minute”.

The students generally decided to deal with the topic of last minute in a humorous and reflective way. For example, a countdown from 60 to 1 runs through the booklet in the form of transparent pages (made from Fedrigoni paper). This symbolizes the number of seconds in a minute and puts the reader under pressure in a playful way as they leaf through the magazine.

The muted dark and light colors contrast with a bright orange. The signal color stands out from the other colors and symbolizes energy, stress or humor, depending on how it is used.

The cover was produced using the riso printing process to create high-quality, unique items.
