Alternative AtlasEdinburgh Napier University
Alternative Atlas is a new monthly magazine that encourages exploration and adventure to the overlooked places in Scotland. It encourages users to explore beyond their conventional routines, supporting a change in perspectives of Scottish locations, revitalising neglected areas, boosting local economies and promoting tourism in unconventional destinations. The magazine has an alternative, grungey visual aesthetic and is made from recycled paper. It’s format follows the style of traditional folded OS maps.
