Competing Projects 2025

AuTSCH - Ein Magazin mit einem Fragwürdigen SystemAID Berlin

As part of their academic program, the students conceptualized and developed this one-of-a-kind magazine. From the initial idea to the final print, they took full ownership of every stage of the production process. They created original illustrations, wrote compelling texts on their chosen themes, and made intentional decisions about typography, color schemes, layout, binding, and paper. Throughout the project, their focus remained on maintaining the magazine’s coherence, ensuring that each individual contribution seamlessly integrated into the overall concept.

Guided by experienced faculty, the students gained a profound understanding of the entire magazine creation process. What sets “AUTSCH” apart is its unique cover: a screen print featuring a central section made of a material that functions as an ignition surface for a matchstick — a symbolic invitation to ignite curiosity and creativity.
