RAR Seen by...Atelier Nunes e Pã

This piece is part of “RAR Seen By…” project that has been ongoing since 2000. The concept by the designer João Nunes and curation by Miguel von Hafe Pérez and later Marta Moreira de Almeida has fully grown into twenty four years of work that translate into 24 Reports and Accounts designed by Atelier Nunes e Pã. Every year, an emerging Portuguese artist is commissioned to create a work that illustrates the RAR Group’s corporate activity and that will be translated into the design.
This year the artist Andreia Santana provided a vision with deep richness, both conceptual and sculptural, exploring ideias through glass and iron. The Annual Report layout and finishings, inspired by the artwork, enables an experience that invites the senses and creates dialogues with corporate content as a whole.
The result is the translation of the artist’s vision into the design, creating an object with cultural and artistic value as a statement of its time.
