It’s not usual for a music band to take great care in the selection of the paper used for their album sleeves or tour posters. However, it was clear to the members of the Basque band ‘Ibil Bedi’ that for the third album of their career they wanted to devote the same care they put into the lyrics, melodies and instrumentation to the design of all the materials they generated. The title of the album, ‘goldea’ (= the plough), refers to the land, to the origins, so on the cover of the outer sleeve we created a zenithal image of the land where the band members live. On the inside cover we transmit the “taste” of the earth thanks to the feel and shade of the Materica Terra Rosa paper. The tour posters are also printed on this paper, one-colour printed.
