AFTER MARKET is an initiative that aims to connect young people with the local markets in Barcelona to familiarize them with their culture: local consumption, tradition, quality & sustainability. They’re social meeting places so we’ll create events after the opening hours with night markets, live music and packs from fresh food, tips and recipes that make shopping easier. The graphic identity was created based on the typical fruit box as a symbol of the market that brings freshness and dynamism.

In a NEWSPAPER format, different contents around food, sustainability, and local markets culture around the world are shown. Making it appealing for a young audience showing interesing data for them or giving exposure to photographers and other artists whose work is somehow related to our topic. Also, the newspaper format is a cool way of picking up a classic format and a cool chance to make it contemporary. By adapting it to a much younger audience who is not used to consume print media.
